19G Dispensing needle for fluid dispensing

The dispensing needle – TG19G is designed for precise dispensing of adhesives, chemicals, and liquids in industrial applications that require high accuracy. It is compatible with syringe barrels and dispensing systems, including manual, pneumatic, and automatic dispensing equipment.

The needle is manufactured from a stainless steel cannula, providing excellent strength and corrosion resistance. It is fitted with a polypropylene hub with Luer Lock or Luer Slip connection, allowing secure attachment to syringe barrels while minimizing the risk of leakage during operation.

The 19 Gauge (19G) size is suitable for dispensing medium to low viscosity materials such as epoxy, silicone, flux, oil, lubricants, and solvents. It provides a balanced flow rate while maintaining precise control of dispensing volume.
